LAWS OF MARYLAND.

CHAPTER 128.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 155, 156, 157, 159, 160, 162 and
168 of Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Worcester County," sub-title "Ocean City," and Sec-
tion 156, Chapter 302, of the Acts of the General Assembly,
passed at the January session, 1892, and re-enact the same
with amendments; and to add additional Sections to the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Worcester County," sub-
title "Ocean City," to be designated as Sections 156 A, 159 A,
and 162 A.

Repeal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the. General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections 155, 156, 157, 159, 160, 162 and 168
of article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
" Worcester County," sub-title " Ocean City," and section 156,
chapter 302, of the acts of the General Assembly passed at
its January session, 1832, be and the same are hereby repealed

SEC. 155. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the inhabitants of Ocean City, in Worcester
County, Maryland, are constituted a body corporate, by the
name of the " Mayor and City Council of Ocean City," and
by that name may sue and be sued, have and use a common
seal, and have perpetual succession; that bounds and limits of

said city shall be as follows : Beginning at mean low water
mark in the Atlantic Ocean, where the north line of South
Seventh street, extended, would strike said ocean; thence by
and with such line extended, and the north line of South
Seventh street, in a westerly direction to the Sinepuxent bay,
at mean low water mark; thence by and with said Sinepuxent
bay at mean low water mark to the south line of North
Seventh street; thence by and with said south line of North
Seventh street and said line extended, to a point in the said
ocean at mean low water mark; thence by and with said
ocean at mean low water mark to the beginning.

Mayor to be
elected.

SEC. 156. That the legal voters of Ocean City who have
resided within the corporate limits six months preceding an
election, and all male persons, who own any interest in real
estate in said city, of the age of twenty -one years and upwards,
