Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland,

That section seventeen of article three of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Baltimore County," sub-title "Circuit Court,"
be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to
read as follows :
17. There shall be annually four terms of the Circuit Court

for Baltimore county, held at Towson, in said county, com-
mencing respectively on the first Monday in March, the third
Monday in May, the third Monday in September and the first
Monday in December.

CHAPTER 660.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Wash-
ington County to issue bonds to procure money for the
erection or institution of an asylum for the insane of
Washington County, in Washington County, and to levy a
tax for the payment of the same.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Washington
county be and they are hereby authorized and empowered in
their discretion to issue bonds to an amount not exceeding
fifteen thousand dollars, in sums not less than one hundred
dollars nor more than one thousand dollars each, to be signed
