CHAPTER 501.
AN ACT to repeal Section 366 of Article 27 of the Code of
Public General Laws, title " Railroad obstructing — jump-
ing on cars," in so far as it applies to Garrett County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 366 of Article 27 of the Code of Public

General Laws of Maryland, title "Crimes and Punishment,"
sub-title "Railroad obstructing — jumping on cars," be and
it is hereby repealed in so far as it relates to Garrett county.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 502.
AN ACT to make an appropriation for the Iceboat Annapolis.
WHEREAS, The iceboat Annapolis (owned jointly by the

State of. Maryland and the city of Baltimore), which was
built in 1889 and placed under control of the Harbor Board
by Act of 1894, is subject to the orders of the Governor for
any State service, the city iceboat being also used for like
service at the discretion of the Harbor Board; and
WHEREAS, No extraordinary repairs have been made to the
iceboat Annapolis since the boat was placed in charge of the
Harbor Board (beyond the ordinary annual repairs made
under city appropriation to keep the boat in fairly good con-
dition for the year's work), and inasmuch as the hull and
machinery of the iceboat Annapolis requires to be over-
hauled, examined and repaired; therefore,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That the sum of fifteen thousand dollars be and the
same is hereby appropriated for the overhauling, repair,
maintenance and operation of the iceboat Annapolis, the
said sum to be paid to the Harbor Board of Baltimore in
two payments — one in 1906 of ten thousand dollars, and
the other in 1907, of five thousand dollars.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
