SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, The commission appointed by said Act be and it is

hereby continued until January 1, 1908, agreeably to and
under authority of the Act of 1902, Chapter 181, and of the
Act of 1904, Chapter 293, and shall report the results of its
investigations to the Governor not later than January 1, 1908.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the investigations be
extended to include such diseases of horses and cattle other

than those mentioned in said Acts of Assembly as may be
obscure in origin and the manner of spreading, and to include
investigation of the methods of immunization of cattle
against tuberculosis and other contagious and infectious
diseases of such live stock.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer of the State

extended.

is hereby authorized upon the warrant of the Comptroller to
pay to the said commission the unused balance of the money
heretofore appropriated by the Act of 1902, Chapter 181,
and the Act of 1904, Chapter 293, or so much thereof as
may be necessary for the purposes of such investigations.
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 483.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section
32 of Article 11 of the Code of Public General Laws of
1904, title "Banks," as enacted by the Acts of 1886,
Chapter 501.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That Section 32 of Article 11 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland of 1904, title " Banks," as
enacted by the Acts of 1886, Chapter 501, be and the same
is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, so as
to read as follows :

Repeal and
re-enact.
|
|
|
32. The thirteen preceding sections shall continue in force
until the first day of January, 1909, and to the end of the
next session of the General Assembly thereafter.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
