SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 481.

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to sundry gifts, bequests and
devises contained in the last will and testaments of certain
persons deceased, and also to certain gifts, grants, sales,
leases and deeds made by various persons to and for the
use and benefit of sundry ministerial persons, religious
corporations, educational institutions, denominations or
sects, and to certain charitable institutions hereinafter
named.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent of said General Assem-

bly be and the same is hereby declared, given and granted
to the following gifts, bequests, devises, grants, sales, leases,
conveyances and deeds, to and from certain persons and
bodies corporate, to and for the use of certain ministerial
persons, religious and educational corporations, orders,
denominations and sects, and to certain charitable institu-
tions, as herein set forth.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the sanction and consent
of the General Assembly be and the same is hereby given,

granted and declared to the grant and conveyance of a certain
lot of ground situated on the north side of Clement street
one hundred and fifty-nine feet and two inches west of
William street, running west on the north side of Clement
street fifty-eight feet to the west .side of a twelve-foot alley ;
then north eighty-one feet four and one-half inches to the
south side of a ten-foot alley; then east fifty-seven feet six
and one-half inches, and then south eighty feet one and
one-half inches to the beginning; from William A. Moale
executor, to the corporate board of finance of the Baltimore
Annual Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church,
South, dated November 23, 1904, and recorded among the
land records of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O. No. 2117,
folio 390, etc., and from Arianna E. Sutro, executrix, to the
