The Wards.

43. Easton shall be divided into four wards, bounded as fol-
lows: First ward shall be bounded on the north and west by
the limits of the town, and on the east by a line running with

street; thence west to the intersection of Goldsborough street
with the center of Hanson street, and thence with the center
of Hanson street to its intersection with the center of Dover
street, and on the south by a line running with the center of
Dover street and Court street west to the boundary. Second
ward shall be bounded on the north and east by the boun-
daries of the town, on the south by the center of Dover
road and Dover street, and on the west by the eastern boun-
dary of the First ward. Third ward shall be bounded on
the north by the boundary of the Second ward, on the east
and south by the boundaries of the town, and on the west
by the center of Hanson street and Hanson street extended.
Fourth ward shall be bounded on the north by the First
ward, and on the east by the Third ward, and on the south
and west by the boundaries of the town.

Municipal Records.

44. The Mayor and Council of Easton shall provide and
keep three series or classes of record books; first, the

minute books; second, the ordinance books, and third, the
general record books. These books shall be bound and
uniform in size and paper. They shall keep an assessment
book, and may keep such other books as they may deem
right. The minute books shall contain a record of all the
proceedings of the Council. The minute books heretofore
used by the Commissioners of Easton shall be numbered in
the order of their use, and new minute books shall be added
as the same may be needed; on the third Monday of May A.
D. 1906, a new minute book shall be provided, and it shall
be designated Easton minute book, new series Liber 1, and
all subsequent minute books shall be designated in a simi-
