AN ACT to repeal Sections 41, .42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48,
49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63,
64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 79, 80,
82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96
and 97 of Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Talbot County," sub-title "Easton,"
together with all other sections and sub-sections under
and belonging to said sub- title "Easton," as passed by
the General Assembly of Maryland since the adoption of
said Code, and embraced in Chapter 565 of the Acts of
1894, Chapter 398 of the Acts of 1896, and Chapter 149
of the Acts of 1898, and to enact in the place and stead
thereof and as a substitute for the said sections and sub-
sections which are by this Act repealed, the sections and
sub-sections which are hereinafter set forth and which are
designated and numbered as Sections 41, 42, 43, 44, 45,
46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60,
61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 70 A, 70 B, 71, 72,
73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87,
88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 97 A, 97 B, 97 C,
97 D,. 97 E, 97 F, 97 G, 97 H, 97 I, 97 K, 97 L, 97 M,. 97 N,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50,
51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66,
67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 79, 80, 82, 83, 84, 85,
