supplements thereto, in so far as they affect this charter and
as said Acts shall respectively remain in force.
SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 442.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Wicomico
County to sell the Wicomico County Almshouse Farm,
and to purchase a new site for the County Almshouse, and
erect suitable buildings thereon.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Wicomico county
are hereby authorized to sell at public or private sale the
whole or any part of, or the growing timber or all that piece
