CHAPTER 430.
AN ACT to authorize the Board of County School Commis-
sioners of Caroline County to organize a High School to
be located in the town of Greensboro, in said county, and
to appropriate certain moneys in the maintenance thereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of County School Commissioners of

Caroline county be and the same is hereby authorized,
directed and required to organize a high school, to be
located in the town of Greensboro, in Caroline county, and
upon organization thereof the said Board of County School
Commissioners shall forward to the Comptroller of the
Treasury of Maryland a certificate that the same has been
organized, and that after receiving such certificate the s am
of five hundred dollars per annum be and the same is hereby
appropriated to be paid by the State of Maryland to assist
in the maintenance of such high school; and the Comptroller
of the Treasury of said State be and he is hereby author-
ized, directed and required annually, on the first day of
October in each and every year, after receiving such certifi-

cate, to issue his warrant on Treasurer of said State for the
payment of the sum of five hundred dollars to the Board of
County School Commissioners for the use and benefit of
said high school.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 431.
AN ACT to repeal Section 15 of Article 58 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title " Live Stock,"
sub-title "State Live Stock Sanitary Board," and to
re-enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 15 of Article 58 of the Code of Public
