253 A. It shall not be lawful for any person to shoot wild
fowl from any booby blind or brush blind on the waters of

Severn river, in Anne Arundel county, except on Monday,
Wednesday or Saturday of each week; or upon the waters
of South river except on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
of each week; or on the waters of Magothy river, in afore-
said county, except on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday of
each week; nor upon any of the said waters in said county
on any day from the 1st day of May to the first day of
October in each year.
253 A1. It shall not be lawful to establish any booby blind
or brush blind on or upon the waters of any of the aforesaid

waters of Anne Arundel county at a distance of not over one
hundred and fifty yards in a direct line from the natural
shore, nor shall it be lawful for any blind so established to'
be less than four hundred (400) yards from each other on a
direct line; nor shall it be lawful to shoot wild fowl from the
shore or a float on, other than the days prescribed herein
under penalty of ($10) for the first offense and ($20) twenty
dollars thereafter; fines and costs to be collected as other
fines and costs under civil procedure.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
