event the said location or appropriation shall under proper
proceedings in the Circuit Court for said county be declared
forfeited and open to the general public; and provided
further, that the owners of any such lots previously located
shall pay annually the tax provided for in this section.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 368.
AN ACT to refund to the Elite Laundry Company, successor
of the Swiss Manufacturing Company, a sum of money
erroneously paid into the State Treasury.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer of the State payable
the Elite Laundry Company of Baltimore city, successor of
the Swiss Manufacturing Company, a body corporate, for the
amount of $41.51, said amount having erroneously been paid
by the said Elite Laundry Company, successor of the Swiss
Manufacturing Company, to the City Collector of Baltimore
city, as State taxes for the year 1902.

CHAPTER 369.
AN ACT to repeal Section 253 A of Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title " Anne Arundel County," sub-title
" Wild Fowl," as repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments by Chapter 582 of 1900, and to re-enact same
with amendments, and to add a new section to said Arti-
cle, to be designated as Section 253 A1.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 253 A of Article 2 of the Code of Public

Repeal and
re-enact.

Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title "Wild
Fowl," as repealed and re-enacted with amendments by
Chapter 582 of the Acts of 1900, be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments, and to add a new
section, to be designated as Section 253-A1, to be added, the
aforesaid two sections to read as follows :
