CHAP. 349

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall be unlawful for any person to shoot, trap,

catch or kill, within the limits of Prince George's county, in
the State of Maryland, any partridge, pheasant of any
variety, woodcock, snipe or rabbit, before the ninth day of
November, one thousand nine hundred and seven, under
penalty of a fine of ten dollars, or imprisonment in the
county jail for a period of not less than five days and not
exceeding ten days, for each of the aforesaid birds or ani-
mals so shot, trapped, caught or killed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all prosecutions, fines,

CHAPTER 350.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 142 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Prince
George's County," sub-title "Fences," as said section is
repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 538 of the Acts of
1904.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 142 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
