SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of ^Lary-
land, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland be and the same is declared, given and granted
to the bequest of five hundred dollars ($500 00/100) con-
tained; in the last will and testament of David M. Brengle,
late of Frederick county, deceased, to the Young Men's
Christian Association of Frederick cit}', Frederick county,
Md., said will bearing date September 26, 1904, and recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills for Frederick county,
Maryland, in Record of Wills, Liber W. B. C. No. 1, folio
47, 48 and 49.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 68.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Calvert
county to construct a bridge connecting Solomon's island
with the mainland, and to borrow money on the credit of
said county for the construction of said bridge, and to
issue bonds therefor, and to levy on the assessable prop-
erty in Calvert county an annual tax sufficient to pay said
bonds when they mature, and to pay the interest thereon
as it becomes due.
