shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more
five hundred dollars, said fines to be collected as other fines
are now collected.

Section 29. The standard barrel for the shipment or sale

green peas, string beans, wax beans, sweet potatoes, white
potatoes or any other fruits or vegetables grown or packed
in this State shall be of the capacity of 6,253| cubic inches
when even full.

any fruits or vegetables grown or packed in this State shall
be of the capacity of 1,106 cubic inches when even full.

Section 31. The standard box for the shipment or sale by
the box of peaches, apples, pears, tomatoes or any other
fruits or vegetables grown or packed in this State shall be
of the capacity of 2,212 cubic inches when even full. A half
box for the same use shall be of the capacity of 1,106 cubic
inches when even full.

Section 32. The standard of measures for shipping and
selling strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, currants, goose-
berries and other small fruits grown or packed in this State
shall be the quart, which shall contain when even full sixty-
seven cubic inches; the pint, which shall contain when even
full thirty-three and one-half cubic inches; the half pint,
which shall contain when even full sixteen and three-quarters
cubic inches.

Section 33. Any person or persons, firm or corporation in
this State who manufactures, sells, offers for sale, or has in
his or its possession barrels, baskets or boxes of the capaci-
ties defined in Sections 29 to 31 hereof, inclusive, for the
purpose of shipping or selling therein the various products
mentioned in said sections, respectively, may plainly mark
on the exterior of said barrels, baskets or boxes, in letters
not less than one inch high, the word "Standard;" but it
shall be unlawful to mark or otherwise indicate the word
" Standard " on any barrel, basket, box, half-box or package
unless the same shall contain the capacities set forth in said
sections respectively.
