land, inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be and
the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more to retain as a public reservation a certain triangular -
lot of ground at the intersection of Baltimore street and
Hopkins place.
WHEREAS, In the opening of Hopkins place by the Mayor

District Commission, there has been acquired by, and is
now vested in, the said Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more, a triangular lot of ground hereinafter more particu-
