SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the following additional sections be added to

Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of the State of
Maryland, title "Talbot County," sub-title "License," to be
numbered respectively 127 J, 127 K, 127 L, 127 M, 127 N, 120 O.
and 127 p.

Section 127 J. And be it enacted. That it shall be unlawful
for any person or persons who shall not be a resident or

or mules exceeding five in number until he or they shall first
have taken out a license for that purpose, as hereinafter pro-

said horses and mules shall not exceed ten; a license fee of one
hundred if the number of horses and mules shall not exceed
fifteen, and a license fee of one hundred and fifty dollars if the
number of horses and mules shall not exceed twenty, and a
license of two hundred dollars if the number of said horses
and mules shall exceed twenty: and upon the payment of
