above Randolph's house; south seventy-three degrees and
forty minutes, east twelve hundred and ninety-nine feet to
the end of the eleventh line of the old boundary (as defined
by said Act of 1870); south thirty-four degrees and thirty
minutes east thirteen hundred and thirty-eight feet to a large
sugar tree marked with twelve notches; south thirty -one
degrees, west eight hundred and forty-six feet to said
National road and thence north seventy-five degrees and
twenty minutes, west one hundred and ninety-one feet to the
place of beginning.

134. The town of Frostburg shall be, for election pur-
poses, divided into two wards. The first to consist of all

Allegany county lying within the corporate limits of said
town, and the second to consist of all that portion of elec-
tion districts Nos. 26 and 28 of said county lying within
the corporate limits of said town.

ELECTIONS — REGISTRATIONS.
135. The Mayor and Councilmen shall provide for an
annual registration of all the male citizens of the age of

under the registration laws of the State of Maryland, and
who shall not be registered upon the registration books of
said town, and shall have resided in the town of Frostburg
for one year continuously preceding the annual election to be
held in said city for the various offices hereinafter named,
on the first Tuesday of April in each year, and all such
male citizens registered as herein provided shall be duly
authorized electors, authorized to vote in any municipal
election to be held in the city of Frostburg hereinafter, and
said Mayor and Councilmen may provide by ordinance for
a general registration as often as they may deem necessary.
136. The said Mayor and Councilmen shall annually, on
or before the second Monday in February in each year, elect
