and shall cause said rules and regulations when so formu-
lated by them to be printed, and a copy of same to be
furnished to each applicant when the said license is issued
to him, her or it; said copy to be posted up in a conspicu-
ous place in said place of business, and a violation of the
provisions of such rales and regulations by said licensee
shall constitute a violation of the provisions of the sub-title
of this Article hereinafter mentioned in Section 253 of this.

any person, house, corporation or association for taking out

title "Licenses," relating to spirituous or fermented liquors
by retailers, and oyster or eating houses, or under any other
section of said Article, such person or corporation if he, she,
or it intend to sell spirituous or fermented liquors or alcoholic
bitters, or all combined, in quantities more than a pint or less
than a pint or by the drink, shall pay to the said board of
liquor license commissioners the sum of one hundred dollars,
for the use of the public roads of Prince George's county
before any such license shall be granted; and if any one
shall keep any oyster house, cook shop, eating house or
lager beer saloon or any other than an ordinary, at or in
which such liquors may be sold or bartered in quantities
less than a pint at any one time or by the drink, then such
applicant shall in addition to the amount to be paid to the
State shall also pay said board of liquor license commissioners
the further sum of one hundred dollars for the use of public
roads of said county; provided, however, that where in any
district, town or village of said county where a special law-
prevails and where a different or higher license fee is charged
the license shall only be granted by said board of liquor license
commissioners; subject, however, in all other respects to the
special provisions of any law as to the sale of liquors in such
district, town or village, and as to the revenues derived
therefrom. All moneys or funds received by said board for
said county liquor licenses shall be deposited by said board
