CHAP. 37

CHAPTER 37.

AN ACT to confer certain additional powers on the Board
of Trustees of the White Public School of the city of
Annapolis.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of Trustees of the White Public

School in the city of Annapolis be and the same is hereby
authorized to regulate the length and hours of sessions for
the White Public School in the city of Annapolis with the
consent of the Board of County School Commissioners for
Anne Arundel County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
Approved February 27, 1906.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 2,
Article 87, of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title "Sheriff," sub-title "Oath of Office and Bonds,"
as the same was repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 452
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at the January Session, 1900.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
