SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That whenever any
deposits shall be made by a minor, said deposits shall be

and acquittances of such minor shall be valid and binding
on such minor, any law of the State to the contrary thereof
notwithstanding.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted. That the stockholders of
the aforesaid Church Hill Bank of Maryland shall be held

individually responsible, equally and ratably and not for
one another, for all contracts, debts and engagements of said
corporation, the said Church Hill Bank of Maryland, to the
extent of the amount of their stock therein, at the par value
thereof, in addition to the amount invested in such stock.
Persons having stock entered on the books of the said cor-
poration in their names as executors, administrator, guar-
dian, trustee or pledgee, shall not be personally subject to
any liability on such stockholders, but the person pledging
the stock and the estate and funds in the hands of such
executor, administrator, guardian or trustee, shall be subject
to the liability imposed upon the holders of said shares.
And the liability of such stockholders shall be an asset of
the said corporation, the said Church Hill Bank of Mary-
land, for the benefit ratably of all the depositors and credi-
tors of said corporation, the said Church Hill Bank of
Maryland, if necessary, to pay the debts of said corpo-
ration.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

Company of Harford County, Maryland.
