stock therein at the par value thereof in addition to the
amount invested in such stock. Persons having stock
entered on the books of the said corporation in their names
as executor, administrator, guardian, trustee or pledgee shall
not be personally subject to any liability on such stock-
holders, but the person pledging the stock and the estate
and funds in the hands of such executor, administrator,
guardian or trustee, shall be subject to the liability imposed
upon the holders of said shares. And the liability of such
stockholders shall be an asset of the said corporation, the
said Vienna Deposit and Savings Bank of Maryland, for the
benefit ratably of all the depositors and creditors of said
corporation, the said Vienna Deposit and Savings Bank of
Maryland, if necessary, to pay the debts of said corporation.
SEC. 10. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 230.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 35, 35 A and 36 of Article 10 of
the Code of Public Local Laws title " Dorchester County,"
sab-title " Birds and Game," as enacted by the January
Session 1904, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, so as to
read as follows :
Section 35. No person shall shoot or in any manner catch,

kill or have in their possession any quail, partridge or rabbit
between the first day of January and the first day of Novem-
ber next ensuing, nor any woodcock between the first day of
January and the first day of July next ensuing, nor any sum-
mer or wood duck between the first day of January and the
the first day of August next ensuing, nor any squirrel between
the first day of December and the first day of September of
the next ensuing year, nor shall any person trap any quail
or partridge or destory. or molest the eggs or the nest of any
of the said birds at any time; it shall also be unlawlul for any
