SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That an additional section be and the same is hereby

nalman stationed during each and every day from 6 o'clock
A. M. to 9 o'clock P. M. at the crossing of its railroad over
Baltimore Street in said town to warn persons using said
street and crossing over said railroad at said crossing of the
approach of trains upon said railroad.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title " Washington County " sub-title
" Hagerstown," to be numbered Section 179 A, and to fol-
low Section 179.

for districts three, seventeen, twenty-one, twenty-two, twenty-
four and twenty-five, constituting Hagerstown and vicinity;
provided, however, that the two justices of the peace may
have their offices together should they so desire.
