CHAP. 190

Mill; thence a direct line across the lands of William H.
Truitt, Washington R. Dennis, William H. Carey and others
to the old Rider Adkins mill dam; by and with the center
of the branch to Dennis' Election District line in Wicomico
county; thence east by and with the aforesaid line of Dennis'
district to the line dividing Wicomico county from Worcester
county, and thence north by and with said line to the divid-
ing line between Maryland and Delaware, and thence by and
with that line west to the beginning.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all persons now residing
within the limits of aforesaid and who are registered voters

in that part of Pittsburg Election District, from which is
constituted the new election district of Willards, shall be
entitled to register in the said new district upon presenting
to the register thereof their certificate of transfer from Pitts-
burg District as is now provided by law, or whose names
are transferred to the registration book for the new district
as hereinafter provided, and all persons that reside within
the limits of the new districts aforesaid and qualified to
register shall be entitled to register and vote in said new
district, and it shall be the duty of the Supervisors of Elec-
tion for Wicomico county to provide the proper registration
books for the new district and have transcribed before the
first sitting for the registration of voters in the year 1906
all qualified voters residing in the new district, and give the
same to the registers of voters in said new district.
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the Governor of Maryland

of the peace for said new district, who shall have and exer-
cise allthe powers and functions of a justice of the peace
of Wicomico county, and serve until his successor is duly
appointed and qualified, as is now provided by law.
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners
of Wicomico county and the Supervisors of Election in said

necessary registration officer and judge and clerk of elections
and make all necessary provisions for the registering and
voting in said new district as they are now required by law
for election districts of Wicomico county, and the County
Commissioners of said county shall appoint one constable for
said new district and one annually thereafter as his successors,
or when constables are appointed in the other districts of said
