SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Land Commissioner
or his successor, shall make a full and detailed report of
all expenditures, to General Assembly of Maryland, at its
regular session, incurred under the provisions of this Act.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 173.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact Section 1 of Chapter 324 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
the January Session, 1900.

eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session
1900, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, so
as to read as follows :
Section 2. The County Commissioners of Kent county shall

annually on or before the first day of January 1907, and
every year thereafter, pay over to the Commissioners of
Millington that proportion of the entire county levy for roads
and bridges which the total property assessed within the
limits of Millington bears to the whole amount of assessed
property of Kent county, so that the commissioners of
Millington may receive and disburse the amount levied upon
the property "within the limits of Millington for roads and
bridges by said County Commissioners of Kent county.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 174.
AN ACT requiring the issue of mileage books by railroad
corporations, owning, controlling or operating a railroad
in Maryland, and regulating the conditions of the same,
and providing a penalty for failure to do so by an action
for liquidated damages by the party aggrieved.
