at Cambridge, Maryland, where it is now located; provided,
in any event, the supreme council may hold its meetings in
any State, and the board of supreme directors, for its con-
venience, may hold a part of its meetings elsewhere than at
its home office.

CHAPTER 165.

AN ACT to repeal Section 3 of Chapter 314 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Jan-
uary Session of 1894, and to re-enact the same with
amendments, providing for local guard boats during the
oyster season at the mouth of the Tred Avon river, in
Talbot County, and Chester river, in Queen Anne's and
Kent Counties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Works shall be authorized to rent or hire two suitable boats
to assist in guarding the waters at the mouth of Tred Avon
