F. Kirwin, Jr., J. Hooper Bosley, Luther M. Tall and wife,
James W. Craig and wife and Daniel R. Meekins, as indi-
viduals, to the Trustees of Bethlehem Methodist Episcopal
Church, South, of Taylor's island, in Dorchester county, Mary-
land, a corporation incorporated under the laws of Maryland ;
the said deed is dated the 28th day of October, A. D. 1905, and
is about to be recorded among the Land Records of Dorchester
county. Third. To a certain gift, grant, deed and conveyance
of certain lands lying in Dorchester county near the town of
East New Market made by William M. Fletcher and Sarah C.
Fletcher, his wife, unto Frederick Pegelow, Gottfried Beyer,
Louis Schneider and Jacob Meyer, trustees, in trust for the
use and benefit of the German Salem Church of East New
Market, in Dorchester county; the said deed is dated the 22d
day of November, A. D. 1899, and recorded among the Land
Records of Dorchester county, in Liber C. L. No. 25, folio
120. Fourth. To a certain gift, grant, deed and conveyance
of the lands just mentioned in paragraph 3, made by the said
Frederick Pegelow, Gottfried Beyer, Louis Schneider and
Jacob Werger, trustees as aforesaid, to the trustees of Salem
German Evangelical Church of East New Market, Dorchester
county, and State of Maryland, in communion with the Ger-
man Evangelical Synod of North America, a corporation
incorporated under the laws of Maryland; the said deed is
dated the seventh day of February, A. D. 1903, and recorded
among the Land Records of Dorchester county, in Liber C.
L. No. 28, folio 32. Fifth. To a certain gift, grant, deed and
conveyance of certain lands lying in Dorchester county, in
the town of Cambridge, made by W. Lake Robinson unto
the trustees of Grace Methodist Episcopal Church, South, of
Cambridge, Maryland, a corporation incorporated under the
laws of Maryland; the said deed is dated the 1st day of
June, A. D. 1900, and recorded among the Land Records of
Dorchester county, in Liber C. L. No. 24, folio 490.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
