County, in Liber C. L. No. 28, folio 32; and (5) to a cer-
tain gift, grant, deed and conveyance of certain lands
lying in Dorchester County, in the town of Cambridge,
made by W. Lake Robinson unto the Trustees of Grace
Methodist Episcopal Church, South, of Cambridge, Mary-
land, a corporation under the laws of Maryland, the said
deed being dated the 1st day of June, A. D. 1900, and
recorded among the Land Records of Dorchester County,
in Liber C. L. No. 24, folio 490.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That the sanction and consent of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, be and the same is hereby declared, given
and granted to the hereinafter mentioned gifts, grants, deeds
and conveyances to certain persons as trustees, and to cer-
tain bodies corporate for religious and denominational pur-
poses and objects in accordance with the provisions of said
deeds and conveyances, to wit: First. To a certain gift,
grant, deed and conveyance of certain lands lying on Tay-
lor's island, in said Dorchester county, made by Jeremiah
Spicer and wife, to T. Harry Keen e and J. Hooper Bosley
and wife unto Levi D. Travers, Edwin L. Griffith, Solomon
F. Kirwin, Jr., J. Hooper Bosley, Luther M. Tall, James
W. Craig and Daniel R. Meekins, trustees in trust for the
location of a parsonage for the use and benefit of certain
churches and congregations embraced within Dorchesfer
circuit in said county, of the Methodist Episcopal Church,
South; the said deed is dated the 27th day of August,
A. D. 1891, and recorded among the Land Records of Dor-
chester county, in Liber C. L. No. 16, folio 93, and the
General Assembly declares its sanction and consent to the
provision in said deed and conveyance authorizing the said
Levi D. Travers and others, trustees, to grant and convey
said property to the Trustees of Bethlehem Methodist Epis-
copal Church, South, of Taylor's island, in Dorchester
county, Maryland. Second. To a certain gift, grant, deed
and conveyance of the lands described in such deed and
conveyance made by the said Levi D. Travers, Edwin L.
Griffith, Solomon F. Kirwin, Jr., J. Hooper Bosley, Luther
M. Tall, James W. Craig and Daniel R. Meekins, trustees
as aforesaid, and by the said Jeremiah Spicer and wife, T.
