CHAP. 133

Unlawful for
clerk to
issue license

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall not be lawful for the clerk of the Circuit
Court for Garrett county, Maryland, to issue license to any
person or persons, association or body corporate to sell
spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer at any place in
Garrett county, within three miles of Barnum station, on
the Western Maryland Railroad.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 134.

AN ACT to prevent the killing or trapping the foxes in
Queen Anne's County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

thereof before some justice of the peace of said county
shall pay a fine of ten dollars, one-half of which shall go to
the informer and the other half into the school fund of said

confined in the county jail for a term of not less than five or
more than twenty days.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
