Court, if it considers the law to have been complied with,
shall pass one general order of ratification of all unredeemed
tax sales, and the clerk of said Court shall enter on such list
of unredeemed tax sales " Sales ratified." But where excep-
tions have been filed to any such tax sales the exceptions
shall be heard by the Court in usual manner that exceptions
in chancery are generally heard; and if said exceptions or
any of them are sustained the clerk shall enter on the docket
"Exceptions sustained, and sale set aside," and where such
exceptions have been overruled, "Exceptions overruled and
sale ratified," designating particular piece or pieces of prop-
erty to which the rulings of the Court shall apply.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 16.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
260 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Anne Arundel County," sub-title "Wild Fowl," as enacted
by Chapter 486 of the Acts of 1904.

CHAP. 16

Exceptions
heard.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 260 of Article 2 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title "Wild
Fowl," as enacted by Chapter 486 of the Acts of 1904, be
and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments, so as to read as follows :

Repeal and
re-enact.

260. It shall not be lawful for any person to shoot at or
shoot any ducks or wild fowl on or over the waters of West
river or Rhode river and their creeks, any booby blind or
bush blind or from the shore of said rivers and creeks,
except on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays of each week,
nor upon any of said waters on any day from the first day
of May to the first day of October in each year.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
