Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

powder river in Baltimore county, be and they are hereby
declared open at all times and seasons of the year west of a
line drawn from Levering's Point on the north to Sandy
Point on the south and east of said line to the bay, from the
first day of April to the thirty-first day of October in each
year, to persons fishing with hook and line in said waters.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 126.
AN ACT to amend the charter of the Baltimore, Halethorpe
and Elkridge Railway Company, a corporation duly incor-
porated under the provisions of Article 23 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, and to grant certain
additional powers to said corporation.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That in addition to, and in no wise as a limitation upon,
the powers and rights conferred upon the Baltimore, Hale-
thorpe and Elkridge Railway Company under the general
laws of this State authorizing the formation of railroad
companies, the said corporation shall have perpetual succes-
sion, and it is authorized and empowered to buy any other
railroad, and to lease or sell to, or consolidate with any
other railroad or railway company; and it is furthermore
authorized to extend its line of railway, authorized by its
charter, into Baltimore city and to such other points in
Howard and Baltimore counties as the board of directors
of said corporation may determine; provided, however, that
before said corporation shall be entitled to lay its tracks
