CHAP. 121

Court for Somerset County; and, provided further, that all
prosecutions for violations of this section shall be begun
within twelve months after the passage of this Act.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts,

Repeal.

local or general, inconsistent with or in conflict with this
Act, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 122.
AN ACT providing for the building of a high school build-
ing and providing heating apparatus therefor in the town
of Hurlock, Dorchester County, Maryland, and to authorize
and require the Board of County School Commissioners
of said county to borrow money for the purpose of build-
ing and providing heating apparatus therefor by the sale
of the present school building and by the issuing of
bonds, to be endorsed by the County Commissioners of
Dorchester county, and authorizing the County Commis-
sioners to levy taxes on the assessable property of said
county to redeem said bonds.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

committee of five of the taxpayers of Hurlock Election
District of said county, which committee shall be styled as
and constitute a building committee, to serve without pay,
for the purpose of building a high school building located

on south Main street, in the town of Hurlock, Maryland,
and provide suitable and sufficient heating apparatus there-
for; three of said committee shall constitute a quorum, and
the concurrence of three of them shall be necessary for the

of their duties, and all vacancies in said building committee,
whether from death, refusal to act, resignation or otherwise,
shall be filled by competent persons from Hurlock Election
District, to be selected by the said Board of County School
