CHAP. 117

WHEREAS, By a decree of the Circuit Court for Worcester
county, sitting in equity, passed in a cause in said court,
numbered 1732 on the chancery docket of the said court, on
the 19th day of May, 1898, a certain James S. Price was
appointed trustee to complete the collection of said taxes for
said years 1896 and 1897; and

WHEREAS, A portion of said taxes remain uncollected, and
said trustee will be unable to collect the same unless his
time for the collection of said taxes be extended by law, and
it is desirable to extend said time in order that he may com-
plete the collection of said State and county taxes so as
aforesaid remaining uncollected,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That all taxes heretofore levied by the County Com-

missioners of Worcester county for the said years 1896 and
1897, or either of them, on the taxable property in the second

two years from and after the passage of this Act.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall be lawful for the
