No. 796. An Act to authorize the Mayor and Council of Glen Echo,
Montgomery county, to borrow money on the credit of said
town for purpose of acquiring by purchase or otherwise, and
maintaining a system of water works and sewerage system, and
to issue bonds and to levy taxes on the assessable property of

the town to repay the money borrowed and the interest thereon.
No. 797. An Act to lepeal and re-enact with amendments the
paragraph entitled " Buildings," of Section 6 of Article 4, entitled
" City of Baltimore," of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, as the same was repealed and re-enacted with
amendments by Chapter 616 of the Acts of the General Assem-
