amended or intended to be amended by Chapter 208 of the Acts
passed at the January Session of the year 1904," entitled "An
Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 5 of Chap-
ter 189 of the Acts of 1902, entitled An Act to repeal Sections
202 to 215, both inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title 'Worcester County,' sub-title 'Pocomoke City;"
and as said Chapter 189 of the Acts of 1892 was also amended
by Chapter 440 of the Acts passed at the January Session of
the year 1904, entitled An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments Sections 24 and 25 of Chapter 189 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Ses-
sion of the year 1892, entitled "An Act to repeal Sections 202
to 215, both inclusive, of .Article 24 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title 'Worcester County,' sub-title 'Poco-
moke,' and to re-enact the same with amendments; " and also
to add two new sections thereto, to follow Section 17 and to be
numbered and known as Sections 17 A and 17 B, respectively,
and also two new sections to follow Section 29, to be numbered
and known as Sections 29 A and 29 B, respectively ; and to repeal
all sections and sub-sections of the sub-title "Pocomoke," of
Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Worcester County," (except the sections, sub-sections and
Acts of Assembly herein specially excepted from repeal), whether
said sections or sub-sections are contained in the Code of Public
Local Laws or in Acts of Assembly passed since the adoption
and publication of the said Code of Public Local Laws, and to
re-enact the several sections of the said sub-title "Pocomoke,"
of said Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws, with
amendments, from Section 202 to Section 215, both inclusive,
and to add fourteen new sections thereto, to follow Section 215,
and to be numbered and known as Sections 215 A, 215 B, 215C,
215 D, 215E, 215F, 215 G, 215 H, 215 I, 215 J, 215 K, 215 L, 215 M,

Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Frederick County, "sub-
title "Frederick," as repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 359 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the
Session of 1892, and to enact a substitute in lieu thereof,
enlarging and defining the taxable limits of Frederick city, etc.,
and to add a new section to said Article 11 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Frederick County," sub-title
"Frederick," to follow immediately after said Section 254, and
to be known as Section 254 A, authorizing the Mayor and Alder-
men of Frederick to erect markers to designate and establish
the taxable limits of Frederick, and making it unlawful for any
person to move or remove such markers to designate and estab-
lish the taxable limits of Frederick, and making it unlawful for
