tions 69, 73, 76, 77, 80 and 83 of Article 33 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland of 1904, title "Elections," sub-title
"Count of Ballots, Election Eeturns and Canvassing Boards,"
said sections being respectively Sections 64, 68, 71, 72, 75 and
78 of the said Article as it was enacted by the Act of 1896,
Chapter 202, entitled " An Act to repeal Article 33, entitled
'Elections,' of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,"
and the several Acts and parts of Acts amendatory thereto, and
to re-enact said Article 33 with amendments ; and also to repeal
and re-enact Section 116 of said Article 33 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland of 1904, title "Elections," sub-title
"Compensation;" said section being Section 110 of Article 33,

eral Assembly of Maryland to a deed and conveyance from
Christian Uphoff to August Uphoff, Charles Klenk and other
trustees of the German Independent Evangelical Lutheran St.
Petri Church of Baltimore city, of the leasehold estate in a
certain lot of ground and improvements, situated on the north
side of Eager street, in Baltimore city, Maryland, commencing
one hundred and twelve feet east of Broadway, and fully de-
scribed by metes and bounds in said deed, dated October 27,
1890, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore citv in

Baltimore and Harford counties, as established by section 2 of
Chapter 6 of the Acts passed at a session of Assembly begun

Honorable Henry Harford, Esquire, absolute Lord and Proprietor
of the Provinces of Maryland, and ended the 23d day. of Decem-
