designated as Section 321 1/2, and providing for a license of five
hundred dollars to sell spirituous, fermented or intoxicating
liquors within one mile of the corporate limits of Williamsport,

missioners of Williamsport," Washington county, Maryland, to
borrow money on the credit of the said town for the purpose of
supplementing, enlarging, increasing and adding to the electric
light plant and system now belonging to and operated by the
said town, as provided for by Chapter 27 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its January Session,
A. D. 1898, and to issue bonds for the payment of the same,
and to levy on the assessable property of the said town to redeem

No. 526. An Act to declare the sanction of the General Assembly
of Maryland to the holding of a certain lot of ground by the
trustees of the Church of Christ in Hagerstown, Maryland, here-
