being the amount left unused out of the appropriation of two
hundred and fifty thousand dollars, made by the Act of 1904,
Chapter 129, for the relief of cases of destitution and need
caused by the fire in Baltimore, of February 7 and 8, 1904,
and for the payment out of said money of the militia of the
State who were called out for service in Baltimore immediately
