with a one degree curve; thence to Cannon avenue; thence
from the south side of Cannon avenue northwestwardly to
the Hull and Ladle Spring alleys to the Finnegan drain ;
thence westwardly through the rear of the properties of
Harman, Gassman and others to the inlet at the property of
Martin Schindel, on Washington street, connecting at that
point with the Town run drain; such drain to be in length
about three thousand four hundred and sixty feet.

Second — A drain, which shall be known as two portions

Drain to be
constructed,

of the Salem avenue drain, the first commencing on Salem
avenue, near Cushwa's coal yard, and running northward to
Mitchell street; thence running northwestwardly in Mitchell
street to insect an open drain; such drain in length to be
about six hundred feet. The second portion to begin on
the east side of McDowell street, and run thence across said
street to intersect the new drain at the alley in the rear of
Mr. Hyde's property; such drain to be in length about two
hundred and sixty-five feet.

Third — A drain to be known as the East avenue and

Broadway drain, commencing at the end of the portion of
the drain now completed on Jefferson street, and running
thence through the Waltermeyer alley to a point opposite
Broadway; thence turning west to Broadway; such drain
in length to be thirteen hundred feet.

Fourth — A drain commencing on the culvert at Liberty
