the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Ses-

United Craftsmen of Dorchester county, a corporation duly in-
corporated under the General Laws of this State," by repealing
Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of said Act, and re-enacting the
