Anne's county, and also to repeal Sections 169, 171, 172, 173 and
174 of said Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Queen Anne's County," sub-title "Fish and Terra-
pins," so far as the same relate to the tributaries of Chester
river, within the jurisdictional limits of Queen Anne's county;
and also to repeal Sections 171 A, 172 A, 173 A, 174 A, 175 A, 176A
and 177 A of the said Article 18 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Queen Anne's County," sub-title "Fish
und Terrapins," as enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land in Chapter 528 of the Acts passed at the January Session,
1890; and also to repeal Section 172 A of Article 18 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title " Queen Anne's County,"
sub-title "Fish and Terrapins," as enacted by the General
Assembly of Maryland In Chapter 514 of its Acts passed at the
January Session, 1892, and in lieu of the sections repealed to
enact certain sections regulating the taking, catching and cap-
turing of fish in the tributaries of Chester river, within the
jurisdictional limits of Queen Anne's county and in Eastern bay
and its tributaries within the jurisdictional limits of Queen

thousand dollars ($10,000) for the purpose of providing money
to pay for the building and furnishing of a school house in the

Hyattsville to establish, acquire or construct and maintain and
operate an electric lighting plant, including all necessary build-

or light, and issue and sell its bonds for said purpose to the
amount of not exceeding twelve thousand dollars ($12,000.00)
