95. To pay the claim of Wm. J. C. Dulany Company for
printing the report of the State superintendent of education,
which was done under an order of the State board of Educa-
tion, the sum of four hundred and ninety-eight dollars and
seventy-five cents, said sum to be paid on the order of the
Governor of the State.
SEC 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer of the State
shall, upon the warrant of the Comptroller of the Treasury,

pay the said sums of money herein appropriated for the
objects and purposes hereinbefore specified, to or upon the
order of the person or persons or body corporate entitled to
receive the same.

CHAPTER 811.
AN ACT to amend the Charter and enlarge the powers of
the Elkridge Building and Loan Association of Howard
County, so as to enable it to loan money on promissory
notes and bills obligatory.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Elkridge Building and Loan Association of

Howard county be and same is hereby authorized and
empowered to lend money on promissory notes and bills
obligatory ; provided, however, that no loan of money on
promissory notes or bills obligatory shall exceed the sum of
two hundred dollars to any one person.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 812.
AN ACT to refund to the Strasbaugh-Steckel-Hewitt Com-
pany of Baltimore City a sum of money erroneously paid
by it into the State treasury.
