tive mansion, the sum of five thousand dollars, or so much
thereof as may be necessary ; for repairs to public buildings
and grounds in the city of Annapolis, the sum of four thous-
and dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, said sum
to be expended by and under the direction of the Governor;
for postage of the executive department, land office, Comp-
troller's office and Treasurer's office, seventeen hundred dol-
lars, or so much thereof as may be necessary ; for fuel and
lights for the public buildings and grounds, to be expended
under the direction and control of the Governor, ten thou-
sand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary ; for
salaries and expenses of veterinary inspectors, and for
appraised value of animals or buildings destroyed to pre-
vent the spread of infectious or contagious diseases among
live stock, ten thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may
be necessary ; to the Mayor of the city of Annapolis for
use of the fire department of said city, six hundred dollars ;
for support of insane convicts, as provided for by Chapter
123 of the Acts of 1890, the sum of fifteen hundred dollars,
or so much thereof as may be necessary ; for salary of a
stenographer and typewriter to State tax commissioner,
seven hundred and twenty dollars ; for salary of a stenog-
rapher and typewriter to State Comptroller, seven hundred
and twenty dollars ; for printing the report of the State
board of health, five hundred dollars, or so much thereof
as may be necessary, to be expended under the direction of
the Governor ; for printing sample ballots and so forth, one
thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary,
to be expended under the direction of the Governor ; for
printing State school report, one thousand dollars, or so
much thereof as may be necessary ; for the expenses of the
secretary of the lunacy commission, fifteen hundred dollars,
or so much thereof as may be necessary ; to the bureau of
industrial statistics, for printing his annual report, as per
Section 6 of Chapter 29 of the Acts of 1892, the sum of one
thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary,
said sum to be expended under the direction of the Gov-
ernor ; to meet the deficiency in payment of stationery for
the General Assembly of Maryland, session of 1906, etc.,
in accordance with Chapter 397 of 1904, fifteen hundred
dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary ; to the
bureau of immigration, the sum of ten thousand dollars,
