directed and required to make a detailed report to the Gov-
ernor at the end of each fiscal year of the expenditures of
said funds, with the vouchers thereof attached.

Reformatory and other Institutions.

To the Maryland House of Correction, for the support of
the institution, thirty thousand dollars ; to the House of

Reformatory
and other
institutions.

Refuge, twenty thousand dollars; to the Female House of
Refuge, five thousand dollars ; to the House of Reformation
and Instruction for Colored Children, the sum of fifteen
thousand dollars ; to the managers of the Maryland Hospi-
tal for the Insane, for the support of the institution, forty-
eight thousand dollars ; to the Deaf and Dumb Asylum at
Frederick, for the education of the deaf and dumb, thirty-
three thousand five hundred dollars ; to the Maryland School
for the Blind, for the education of the deaf and dumb and
blind colored children of the State, ten thousand dollars ; to
the Maryland Asylum and Training School for the Feeble
Minded, the sum of twenty-two thousand, five hundred dol-
lars, for the maintenance of said asylum, together with the
further sum of twelve thousand five hundred dollars for
buildings ; to the Springfield State Hospital for the Insane
of the State of Maryland, the sum of fifty thousand dollars
for maintenance, twenty thousand dollars for new building,
and the further sum of fifteen hundred dollars for insurance ;
to the State vaccine agent, for his salary, six hundred dol-
lars, and to defray the expenses of procuring reliable vaccine
virus, two thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be
necessary.

To the members of the Appeal Tax Court of Baltimore

city, for making out the list of the holders of Baltimore city
stock, fifty dollars each, one hundred and fifty dollars ; to the
Register of Baltimore city, for collecting the State tax on
Baltimore city stock, three hundred dollars ; to the secre-
tary of ,the Senate and chief clerk of the House of Delegates,
for salaries during the recess of the Legislature, three hun-
dred dollars each, six hundred dollars ; for printing the
annual report of the Comptroller of the Treasury for the
fiscal year 1906, the sum of one thousand dollars, or so
much thereof as may be necessary ; for repairs to the execu-
