LAWS OF MARYLAND.

CHAP. 808

WHEREAS, The said judgment has been found to be uncol-
lectible and worthless as to any part thereof,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sum of fifty-five dollars and ninety-nine cents

($55.99) paid by James H. Stigers as executor of Elmar C.
Thomas, late of Washington county, deceased, as a collateral
inheritance tax upon the sum of twenty-two hundred and
thirty-nine, dollars and sixty cents ($2,239.60), be and the
same is hereby refunded to the said James H. Stigers, exe-
cutor, and the Comptroller is hereby authorized and directed
to draw his warrant upon the Treasurer of the State for the
said sum, to the said James H. Stigers, executor of Elmar
C. Thomas, deceased.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 809.

AN ACT making appropriations for the support of the State
government for the fiscal year ending on the thirtieth day
of September, nineteen hundred and seven.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That for the expenditures in the support of the State
