CHAPTER 772.
AN ACT granting the State Board of Education of Maryland
the privilege to use the Fifth Regiment Armory.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the board of trustees of the Fifth Regiment
|

Armory, as credited by Chapter 459 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1898, are hereby author-
ized and intrusted to grant unto the State Board of Educa-
tion of Maryland the use of the Fifth Regiment Armory
building for a period in the month of July, nineteen hun-
dred and seven (1907), not exceeding one week, for the pur-
pose of holding therein the annual meeting of the National
Educational Association.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 773.
AN ACT to prohibit the collection by law of money due to
licensed retail liquor dealers in Worcester County, Mary-
land, for liquors sold after May 1, 1906.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
tand, That on and after the first day of May, in the year

Judgment
shall be null
and void.
|
1906, it shall be unlawful for any licensed retail liquor dealer
in Worcester county, Maryland, to enforce the collection of
any claim for liquor sold to any person after said first day of
May, 1906, and that any judgment rendered on such claim
shall be null and void.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on the first day of May next after its passage.

CHAPTER 774.
AN ACT to enable James S. Price, collector of State and
County taxes for the Second Collection District of Wor-
cester County, Maryland, for the years 1900 and 1901, to
enforce the payment of taxes not heretofore collected by
him.
