the printing and publishing necessary for the advertisement
of property for sale, or for reporting the same for ratifica-
tion, as provided by this Act, or in Article 81 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, wherein the same is
not repealed by this Act, they may make provisions for
said printing and publishing by handbills distributed 'as
they shall order; and in the event that all the property upon
which taxes shall be in arrears shall not be sold at the first
general advertisement, as aforesaid, the same may be re-
advertised upon the order of the County Commissioners in
manner and form as above set forth. Nothing in this Act
shall authorize the treasurer to collect moneys now required
by law to be collected for licenses or otherwise by the clerk
of the Circuit Court, but all of said funds collected by the
said clerk shall be paid over to the said treasurer upon the
order of the County Commissioners.

CHAP. 760

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts
inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed; and that this
Act shall take effect from and after the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 761.

AN ACT to confirm and amend the Charter of the Greater
Baltimore Jubilee and Exposition Association of Baltimore
City, and to authorize an increase in the number of
directors.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Greater Baltimore Jubilee and Exposition

Repeal.


Association of Baltimore City, a body corporate, incorporated
in the year 1906, and existing under the general incorpora-
tion laws of the State of Maryland, in addition to the powers
possessed by it under its certificate of incorporation, which
powers are hereby ratified and confirmed, shall be authorized
and empowered to increase the number of its directors from
twelve to twenty -five; and the thirteen additional directors
herein provided for, who shall first hold office, shall be
elected by a majority vote of the present board of directors
from among the incorporators and stockholders of said cor-
poration; and the term of office of the thirteen additional
directors shall expire simultaneously with the term of office
