SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the name of "The Sudlers-
ville Savings Bank" be and the same is hereby changed from
"The Sudlersville Savings Bank " to " The Sudlersville Bank
of Maryland," and by such name and style shall have per-
petual succession, to sue and be sued, to plead and be
impleaded in any court whatever, to make and use a com-
mon seal, and alter and renew the same at pleasure, and
shall have all the powers and enjoy all the privileges granted
to "The Sudlersville Savings Bank," by said Act of Assembly
of Maryland, January Session, 1904, Chapter 196.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the date for the election of

directors for said body corporate, by the stockholders
thereof, shall be held on the second Monday in January of
each year, instead of the first Monday in January, as pro-
vided in the original charter.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Section 53 of Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title " Montgomery County," sub-title
"Birds and Game," and re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 53 of Article 16 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Montgomery County," sub-title "Birds
and Game," be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments, so as to read as follows :

as to prevent the killing or capture of crows, hawks, owls or
other kinds of birds of prey.
