SEC. 11. And be it enacted, That upon the completion of

for each foot passenger, five cents; for each horse and rider,
ten cents; for each carriage with one horse attached, twenty-
five cents; for each carriage with two horses attached, fifty

oxen attached, seventy-five cents.

SEC. 12. And be it enacted, That the General Assembly
reserves to itself the right to alter or amend this Act at
pleasure.

SEC. 13. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
