CHAP. 746

County Commissioners, and to empower the said County
Commissioners to levy taxes to pay the expenses of the

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Washington county

plete audit of the same, and to file the same audit and
accounts with a full report thereon with the said County
Commissioners, which reports, audit and accounts shall
always be open to inspection and examination by any citizen
of the said county who desires to examine the same.
