same was repealed and re-enacted with amendments by
Chapters 84 and 265 (duplicate Acts) of the Acts of 1902,
of the General Assembly of Maryland; and to repeal
Chapter 585 of the Acts of 1900 of the General Assembly
of Maryland, said Act adding a new section to said Article
21, known as Section 127 A; and to repeal Sections 127 A
and 127-B of Chapter 84 and of Chapter 265 (duplicate
Acts) pf the Acts of 1902 of the General Assembly of
Maryland; and to enact in lieu of said sections four sec-
tions, to be numbered 124, 125, 126 and 127 of the said
Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Talbot County," and to be and come under the sub-
title "Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks," and being an Act
to prohibit by uniform laws the sale of intoxicating liquors
in Talbot County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 124 and 125 of Article 21 of the Code of

Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Talbot County," sub-
title "Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks," Section 126 of said
Article as the same was repealed and re-enacted with
amendments by Chapter 584 of the Acts of 1900 of the
General Assembly of Maryland; Section 127 of said Article
21 as the same was repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments by Chapters 84 and 265 (duplicate Acts) of the
Acts of 1902, of the General Assembly of Maryland ;
Chapter 585 of the Acts of 1900 of the General Assembly
of Maryland, adding a new section to the said Article
21, known as Section 127 A, and Sections 127 A and 127 B
of Chapters 84 and 265 (duplicate Acts) of the General
Assembly of Maryland be and the same are hereby repealed,
and that four sections, to be numbered 124, 125, 126 and
